The last movie of one of the icons of early Finnish films, Kondad Tallroth, is told to be inspired by Härmä blood wedding of 1868. Oivi Soini plays a host of the Ojelmisto farm. He is accused of murder, and must clear his reputation before being imprisoned. Suursalon häät was the first silver screen role of Aku korhonen. The reconstruction of this title is from 2018.

One of the finest remaining movies is Suspense, an inventive short title. A mother and her child experience terror, as a vagabond tries to find his way into the house. Rarely has a shared screen been used as successfully.
